Jacklin Christian is the Founder and Director of DentaVate Solutions, a dental consulting firm focused on strategic systems, operational excellence, and empowering high-performing teams.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business and an MBA in Human Resources, Jacklin brings over a decade of hands-on experience in dental administration, having served as both a Dental Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She understands the real-world challenges of running a high-performing practice—from managing complex schedules and leading diverse teams to maintaining structure in fast-paced environments.
Jacklin founded DentaVate Solutions to close the gap between potential and performance. She recognized that many dental practices have the capacity to grow but lack the systems, leadership training, and operational support to truly thrive.
